With over 17 years in the Jamaica Fire Brigade, Assistant Commissioner Andrew Russell took the helm as the officer in charge of Area III on June 3, 2019. Assistant Commissioner Russell became interested in the Fire Brigade right out of high school and became a Firefighter in the St. Elizabeth Division. He began his firefighting career at the Junction Fire Station on July 07, 2002.

Assistant Commissioner Julian Lethaine Davis-Buckle hails from the central parish of Manchester in Jamaica. On her path to a career in teaching with her eyes on becoming a physical education practitioner, fate intervened and the opportunity to serve her country in another capacity – the Jamaica Fire Brigade presented itself. She persevered and on December 17, 1995 graduated and became an enlisted firefighter to the Jamaica Fire Brigade.
