Biography

Assistant Commissioner Rudolph Seaton has dedicated over 30 years of distinguished service to the Jamaica Fire Brigade, where he presently serves as the Officer In Charge (OIC) of Area Four. A career firefighter and committed leader, he has built his life and career on the principles of service, integrity, and faith.

Rudolph Seaton is a proud graduate of Manchester High School, where his early academic success shaped the foundation for his lifelong steadfast commitment to excellence. He went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University College of the Commonwealth, a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from HEART Trust/NSTA, and an Associate of Science Degree in Training and Development. These qualifications have complemented his professional career, equipping him to lead with both operational expertise and administrative acumen.

Guided by his personal motto, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me,” Rudolph Seaton is deeply rooted in his Christian values, which underpin his commitment to high moral standards, strong ethics, and community service. His belief in service above self is evident through his roles beyond the fire service—he is a senior Justice of the Peace, Lay Magistrate, and Past President of the Rotary Club of Negril. Through these positions, he has championed community development, justice, and civic responsibility.

A family man at heart, Seaton has been happily married for 20 years and is the proud father of four children. His dedication to family mirrors his dedication to service, balancing his professional responsibilities with his role as a husband and father.

Throughout his career, Assistant Commissioner Seaton has exemplified leadership, resilience, and selfless service, making him not only a stalwart of the Jamaica Fire Brigade but also a respected figure within his community and the wider society.
