The Welfare Department is an arm of the Jamaica Fire Brigade which is tasked with the mandate of providing, supporting and catering to the legal, social, religious and welfare matters of the members of the JFB family both uniform and non-uniform groups.
Objective
The main objective of the Welfare Department is to support staff in emotional and spiritual guidance and/or assistance whether personal or work-related.
Aim
The department aims to preserve and strengthen the Jamaica Fire Brigade family as a unit, to develop a caring working environment for all.
