Acting Assistant Commissioner Morgan was born in Mandeville, Manchester, and a proud Scorpio. He’s a Husband and a father to three sons and a daughter. Currently he resides in Negril, Westmoreland, where he also Practices the doctrine of Christianity and strives to offer his utmost best in what he sets his mind to accomplish.
He joined the Jamaica Fire Brigade in December, 1995 and within a year joined the Emergency Medical Technicians (EMT); in 2008 he advanced his EMT skills and studied Paramedics in the United States of America. In April 2010 Mr. Morgan was promoted to the rank of Superintendent and was Officer in Charge (OIC) Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and is currently acting as Officer in Charge (OIC) Area 2.
Acting Assistant Commissioner Morgan currently holds a Postgraduate Diploma (Public Sector Senior Management Development Programme – MIND) an Associate Degree (Applied Sciences – Paramedic studies, New York, USA) a Certificate in Paramedic, Mass Casual Management (PAHO) and other EMS certifications (Basic and Advance levels)
He is a profound lover of nature’s natural environment, and loves to explore and enjoy it in all its goodness; from deep sea diving to climbing the highest peak, taking nature walks and hanging out at the beach.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
